even when the ocean is boiling, the golden sun still shines calmly above. The islands sit patiently and are as solid as ever.
 
Artist's comment
 
Putting down one of my favorite colors - pink! This is a collage study of large color fields with black and white woodcut prints. I want the big sun to be gold, and partially obscured by these towering black thoughts. I'm also experimenting with how these would look if put together into a panel.
