If you dig deeper, and deeper yet, you would find the strata that are composed of different materials, based on the geological activities of that particular time. Hidden stories that even you have forgotten yourself.
 
Artist's comment
 
I was inspired by a friend's photography of the antartica and South Georgia Island. Layers of snow, ice, water and land, and lots of penguins! I haven't made anything with penguins yet, but the scenery left an impression on me. I hope I can visit someday.
