1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and purchasing any products from it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this website or purchase from it.

2. About This Shop

This website is an independent online shop selling original handmade printmaking prints and collage artwork. All works are created and sold by the shop owner. Every piece is an original, handmade artwork; slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the printmaking and collage processes and are part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent the artwork sold on this website. Please be aware of the following:

All artworks are original, one-of-a-kind pieces unless explicitly labeled as part of a limited edition.
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences. We cannot guarantee that your monitor accurately displays the exact colors of the original artwork.
Dimensions listed are approximate. Slight size variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the work.
All sales of original artworks are final once the 30-day return window has closed (see Section 7: Returns & Refunds).
We reserve the right to withdraw any artwork from sale at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and local tax regulations. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country (see Section 6: International Shipping).

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Because each piece is original and handmade, processing times may vary. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the artwork during transit. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times are as follows (from dispatch):

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
Europe: 10–21 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed during or after delivery. We are legally required to declare the full value of shipments on customs forms and cannot mark items as “gifts” to circumvent import duties.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact your local post office or customs office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

30-Day Return Window

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price. To be eligible for a return:

The artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition.
You must contact us before sending the item back to obtain a Return Authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate packaging. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a free return (or disposal, if applicable) and offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or commissioned work is non-returnable once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, images, text, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the shop owner and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any artwork purchased from this shop without prior written permission from the artist. This includes but is not limited to reproduction for commercial purposes, printing reproductions, or posting high-resolution images online.

Limited personal use — such as photographing the artwork in your home for personal social media posts — is permitted, provided credit is given to the artist.

9. Privacy & Personal Data

We collect and process personal information (such as your name, shipping address, and email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payment and ship your order.

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of any product. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant item.

We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the website is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with an updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
