Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my art! Every piece in my shop is an original work — handcrafted with care and shipped with the same attention to detail. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.

 

Free Shipping on All Orders

 

I offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are always included in the listed price of each piece.

 

Order Processing Time

 

Each piece is carefully inspected, wrapped, and packed by hand before it leaves my studio. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

 

Unframed prints & small works

3–5 business days

Larger collage works & mixed media

5–7 business days

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Up to 14 business days (confirmed at time of order)

Peak seasons (holidays, art fair weeks)

Add 2–3 extra business days

 

Note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Your total delivery window = processing + transit.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

 

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with full tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays are outside my control.

 

International Shipping

 

I ship worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International depending on size and destination. All shipments include tracking where available.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping and are beyond my control. I recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns.

All customs declarations will accurately list the contents and fair value of the shipment. I am unable to mark items as “gifts” or under-declare value.

 

How I Package Your Art

 

I take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. Here is how each piece is protected:

 

  • Prints are sandwiched between rigid, acid-free backing boards to prevent bending

  • Works are wrapped in glassine paper (acid-free) to protect the surface

  • Packages are sealed in a moisture-resistant poly sleeve or kraft envelope

  • Larger or fragile collage pieces are further protected with foam corners and rigid mailers

  • All packages are clearly marked “Do Not Bend” and “Handle With Care”

 

Note: Frames, if applicable, are listed separately. Most prints ship unframed unless otherwise stated in the listing.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of your expected dispatch date, please check your spam folder and then reach out to me directly.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

 

Damaged on Arrival

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging (including the box or envelope exterior)

I will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement (if available) or a refund. Please do not discard the packaging — it may be needed for a carrier insurance claim.

 

Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact me. I will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow:

  • Domestic orders: 15 business days past expected delivery before filing a lost claim

  • International orders: 45 business days past ship date before filing a lost claim

Once a lost claim is resolved by the carrier, I will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Because each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. If you have any concerns about a piece before purchasing, please feel free to message me with questions — I am happy to share additional photos, dimensions, or details.

 

Shipping Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact me immediately — I will do my best to update the address before the order ships.
